WEIGHTLIFTING

Weightlifting is a sport that competes for lifting heavy loads called a barbell, which is done with a combination of strength, flexibility, concentration, ability, discipline (very important), athleticism, fitness, technique, mental and physical strength. The word "weightlifting" is usually used unofficially as weight training.
Type of forceIn this sport, there are two types of forces that are often contested, namely the armed clean and jerk and the snatch.
Clean and JerkType armed clean and jerk is a kind of direct force without pause, in which the athlete must lift from the floor without bending the knees may get both hands to lift weights (barbells) straight above your head while standing perfectly a few seconds, until the judge rang the bell of legitimate force .
SnatchType armed snatch athlete lifting weights in two stages. First, lift the burden from the floor up to a chest with a squatting position. CompetitionLifter performs two kinds of forces that "snatch" and "clean and jerk". "Snatch" is lifting a barbell from the last hand to the head in one motion. "Clean and jerk" is to raise the barbell to the shoulders, stand firm, and lifting weights over his head. Lifter has three occasions in every generation, and the "snatch" and "clean and jerk" is best to be assessed to determine the winner.
